Asynchronous Evaluation by Portfolio
available to any homeschooler in the state of Florida
Click the button below to get the party, I mean evaluation, started. Please complete a separate form for each child that needs an evaluation. At the bottom of the form, select your preferred payment method (Venmo, Zelle, or if your are paying via the EMA site) and I will email you a detailed invoice with information about how to pay me. The form will collect the information and evidence of learning that I need to see and evaluate. Once I determine that progress has been made, I will provide you with the necessary documentation and together we will send to the appropriate person.

The WRAT- 5 test is a quick (typically 30 minutes give or take) reliable assessment that will help you meet the PEP norm-referenced testing requirement, while giving you a clear picture of your child's current academic standing. This session not only provides the official documentation required for your PEP scholarship submission but also gives you valuable insight into your child's academic progress. This assessment is an invaluable tool to identify strengths, pinpoint areas for improvement, and guide your homeschool curriculum planning. Book here, then reserve funds on EMA ($100 fee as Choice Navigator) to keep appointment.
Don’t want to go through the hassle of sending portfolio documents? This test is great for those that need an evaluation but don’t want the hassle of putting together a portfolio.
Book a WRAT-5 session to quickly gauge your child's academic progress. The WRAT-5 is a norm-referenced test that assesses reading, spelling, and math skills, giving you a clear snapshot of your child's current performance. Even if you're not required to report these scores, this quick assessment is an invaluable tool to identify strengths, pinpoint areas for improvement, and guide your homeschool curriculum planning for the coming year.
Suzanne Mechler is trained to administer this test to students one-on-one.
Large families please contact me prior to booking because you will not need to book a full hour per child, contact me and I will let you know how many sessions to book. However the cost is still $100 per child.

You’ve received your child’s test scores—now what? In this personalized session, I’ll guide you through the results, whether it’s explaining percentile ranks, standard scores, grade equivalents, and key areas of strength or showing you how to make a plan for growth moving forward.

Put me in an extra room (or the lobby) and I can meet with families to do quick evaluations or WRAT-5 testing sessions one-on-one.

With enough notice I can handle a completely hassle-free IOWA or CLT in-person, paper pencil testing day.
